In most cases, no. Under Estonian building regulations, a utility building up to 20 m² in footprint and up to 5 m high (which all SheldCUBE models fit) usually does not require a building permit or notice when installed on your own property.
The key thing is that the base is level, solid, and has good drainage. Several solutions work - a concrete slab, concrete pavers, a gravel pad, or a timber-frame floor. Every plot is different, so we review your situation before installation and recommend the solution that fits you best.
We offer a full service: delivery to your plot + professional installation by our team. Installation of a typical model takes one working day, provided the base is prepared and access to the plot is available. You do not need to worry about tools, skills, or time - we deliver and assemble it.
The average lead time for standard models is 2 weeks from quote confirmation. We agree the exact timing separately for each order, as it depends on seasonal workload, the chosen model, and colour. Custom solutions take longer, and we confirm the exact timing separately.
